Annual Report on North American Logger Training Programs Training and Education (LT&E) is a key component of both the SFI Standard requirements and Pennsylvania SFI Implementation Committee (SIC) core priorities. On SFI Inc.’s behalf, the Forest Resources Association (FRA) annually prepares the attached Report on the Status of LT&E Programs in 35 Forested U.S. States & 6 Canadian Provinces. The report was compiled based on information provided to Forest Resources Association by the local LT&E program coordinators, and serves as a resource to individuals for future logger training and education in their state, province or region. Each state/provincial summary includes contact information for the program’s coordinator, for further outreach or to learn more about a specific program.
